Drapes, one-shoulder dresses and ruching are nothing new to the red carpet. But this year the celebrities took the goddess look to another level with their hair.

Ellen Pompeo wore a white Versace dress with bits of sparkle and a draped back. She complemented the look with a voluminous updo reminiscent of Hollywood sirens.

Hayden Panettiere chose a sassy "I Dream of Jeanie" ponytail to go with her stunning white Monique Lhuillier gown which had a wide metallic belt.
